Full Yard Maintenance

Full Yard Maintenance is a weekly visit March - November. The rest of the year is a ever other week visit. The service includes the following.

• Weekly mowings during March - November, as needed the rest of the year
• Edging of walkways and flower bed every other week during the growing season
• Blowing of walkways, driveways, decks and patios on each visit
• Police flower bed and grounds each visit
• Controling weeds 1" diameter or smaller with spray, pulling larger ones
• Fertilizing lawn(s) 4 to 5 times a year, fertilizing plants 2 to 3 times a year.
• Trim/Prune shurbs under 15ft as appropriate for appearance
• Removal of fall leaves raking/blowing  

One Time Clean-Up

One Time Clean up can include the following task.

• Removal of weeds in flower bed (spraying, howing, weedeating down)
• Fall leaves removed raked/blow
• Trim/Prune shurbs under 15ft.
• Removal of dead shrubs
• Reestablish edges
• Appling bark dust and or garden compost mulch

Lawn Service

The following services deals with improving the looks and health of your lawn(s).  And can be scheduled on a yearly basis.

• Thatching
• Aerating
• Fertilizing Program
• Spraying of unwanted weeds
